Work as a Specialist Therapy Technician within the acute inpatient neurosciences therapy service at St George’s Hospital, Tooting (St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, SW17). This permanent, full‑time Band 3 role (salary £30,546–£32,207 pa incl. HCAS) supports the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams in one‑to‑one and group patient interventions, equipment assessment and loans, basic administrative tasks and data recording. It suits applicants with prior NHS therapy assistant experience (Band 2), a practical knowledge of manual handling and wheelchair safety, good IT and communication skills, physical stamina and the ability to follow delegated tasks while using initiative. You will be rostered to work as part of a seven‑day service, including weekends, and the post requires DBS clearance.

This role is ideal for carers and women who bring empathy, practical hands‑on experience and strong teamwork to patient rehabilitation.
