Please note that you will be required to submit an application form for each post you are interested in applying for. • To provide psychiatric care to patients referred to the Maidstone CMHT. • To provide medical input to the Maidstone CMHT Team. • To ensure effective liaison occurs between mental health services and the acute hospital, and also with other agencies in the voluntary and statutory sectors as appropriate. • The post holder undertakes, exceptionally, to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
