Provide confidential administrative support to Research & Innovation at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT based at Central Park Hub, Northampton Road, Manchester (M40 5BP). You will help set up and support clinical studies, manage events and publicity, carry out accurate data entry, monitor basic finance (requisitions, invoices, petty cash), maintain rostering and training records, and handle general secretarial tasks. The role involves regular liaison across the Trust and with external partners, occasional travel across Greater Manchester to support events, and working calmly under pressure while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and attention to detail.

This is a fixed-term 12‑month post at Band 3 (Agenda for Change) paying £24,937–£26,598 pa, with full-time, part-time and flexible options to suit caring responsibilities.
