As a Support Coordinator - Social Care with Home Group Limited in Durham, you’ll be working full time (37.5 hpw) on a permanent, on-site basis to support customers with complex tenancy-sustainment needs across the East Coast and Yorkshire. The role pays £13.21–£13.63 per hour (£25,838–£26,645 pa) and runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (with occasional flexibility to meet customer needs). You’ll act as a key point of contact during difficult periods, work closely with housing colleagues and managers, deliver practical support and signposting to specialist services, keep accurate records on internal systems and adapt as this pilot initiative evolves. The post requires travel across the region (a business-insured vehicle is needed; mileage is paid), confident use of technology for support plans and learning, and an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer).
