Support children and young people aged 7–19 at Whinfell School in Kendal as a Support Worker (OFSTED-regulated) with The Cambian Group. This full-time role (42 hours per week) offers a salary from £26,994.24 to £28,501.20 per year DOE, plus sleep‑in allowance, and places you at the heart of a residential setting where everyday moments — helping with homework, running activities or simply listening — build trust, confidence and safety.
