Support Secretary at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based in Chorley / Preston (PR2 9HT). In this Band 3, permanent role you’ll provide essential secretarial and administrative support across outpatient clinics and departmental teams. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for patients, GPs and colleagues, manage electronic diaries, coordinate meetings and MDTs, prepare and type clinic letters (including audio typing where needed), process urgent referrals and maintain accurate records using Office 365 and Trust systems. Confidentiality, attention to detail and a calm, compassionate approach are central to the post.
