Make a tangible difference to someone’s everyday life as a Support Worker in Bristol (BS34). This part-time permanent post offers 16–24 hours per week, working 10:00–18:00 across Monday to Sunday, at £14.00 per hour. You’ll provide one-to-one support to an adult with Autism living with their family, helping with all aspects of day-to-day life and enriching days out and local trips — driving the client’s vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential. The role suits experienced, compassionate carers who have worked with learning disabilities, Autism and behaviours that can be perceived as challenging, and who bring patience, empathy and creativity to person-centred support.
