Must be a Driver with a full manual driver's licence due to service needs. Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a supported living service for young adults aged 18 to 35. The people we support have learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs. What you’ll be doing: • Promoting and supporting independent living skills. • Encouraging choice and involvement. • Facilitating access to community activities. • Supporting with a small amount of personal care. • Will predominantly involve working evenings and weekends. Evening shifts would be from 4 pm to 10 pm, and weekends would be a combination of either long days (8 am to 10 pm) or an early or late which would be 8 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm. • Bank holiday working will also be required. Who you are: • Flexibility is needed to work across all shift patterns. • Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude. • Team player. • Willing to learn. • Experience preferred but not essential. • Must be a Driver with a full manual driver's licence due to service needs.
