What is the role?
You'll be supporting three individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own home. This is a high-support service, and you'll receive Positive Behaviour Management training to help you thrive in your role.

- Flexible shifts – Our service runs 24/7, so we’re looking for someone who’s open to working a mix of day shifts and waking nights (with enhanced pay!)
- Plan ahead – We’ll provide your rota 7–10 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to arrange your social life around work.
- Driving is a must – A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you'll be supporting individuals using mobility vehicles.

- Administering medication
- Providing personal and emotional support
- Supporting daily routines and commuting
- Helping with activities and meal preparation
- Promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle
- Light household duties
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;
- Strong listening skills and adapting your communication style to suit each individual, including those who are non-verbal, ensuring everyone feels heard, respected, and understood.
- A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
- An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives
- A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
What are the pay and benefits?
- An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
- Waking night rate - £12.15 + 20%
