Typical shifts are 21:15–07:15, working two shifts a week including some weekends, so you get a predictable rota and real work–life balance. Based in a friendly residential service, you’ll support people to gain independence through personal care, life skills, community access and social activities — from helping someone prepare a meal to going to the cinema or a local pub.
