Job description

Support Worker at Voyage Care in Chippenham (SN15) — permanent, full-time nights paying £12.34 per hour. Typical shifts are 21:15–07:15, working two shifts a week including some weekends, so you’ll be part of a small, consistent team supporting people in a warm residential setting. The role is hands-on: you’ll teach everyday life skills, support with personal care, enable community access and social activities — from a trip to the cinema or a local café to quieter evenings playing games or watching films. This is ideal for experienced carers and for those with a caring nature wanting to learn on the job; passion, patience and a desire to help people build confidence and independence matter more than formal experience.
