Support people at Redmond House in Corby as a Support Worker for Voyage Care. You’ll work in a purpose-built bungalow supporting up to 12 residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. The role is hands-on and varied — from personal care and activity support to working with visiting health professionals — within a warm, established team that values continuity and person-centred care.
Pay starts at £12.34–£13.84 per hour with evening/weekend enhancements and premium overtime rates, plus practical benefits such as Wagestream access, funded Blue Light Card discounts, a 24/7 doctor line and cash plans that can cover family members. Voyage Care offers a full induction, ongoing training and clear routes for progression; a UK manual driving licence is required and all offers are subject to DBS and references.
