Job description
Help adults with complex needs to rebuild stability and independence as a Support Worker with Inspire North in County Durham. This permanent, part‑time role (salary £26,994–£29,498 per year, pro rata) is an on‑site position supporting people aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness, isolation, mental health issues, substance use or offending histories. You’ll deliver person‑centred support, work with individuals to create tailored support plans, manage a caseload and maintain professional boundaries while building trusting relationships. The role suits proactive, compassionate carers who can work independently and as part of a team to promote wellbeing and positive, lasting change.
