Support Worker (Part time, 24/36 hours) at Cygnet Health Care — Dene Brook, Dalton Parva (Rotherham, S65). This part‑time, permanent role offers either 24 or 36 hours per week across 12‑hour day shifts (days only, with some weekend working). You will deliver person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism, providing practical physical and emotional assistance, assisting with medical and welfare needs, safeguarding and keeping the environment safe and clean so people can enjoy greater choice and independence. The role pays £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.85 after probation, and successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check.
