Support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours at Hollyhurst, a CQC‑rated Good residential service with nursing in Darlington (DL3). This permanent Support Worker role is full time (42 hours per week) on a rolling rota with 12‑hour shifts (08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00) and alternate weekends. You’ll provide hands‑on physical and emotional support, assist with medical and welfare needs, safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment, and contribute to person‑centred activity programmes (the service aims for 25 hours of activities weekly). Salary is £12.60–£12.85 per hour; successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS check.
