Support people with learning disabilities in Doncaster as a Support Worker with Mencap. In this permanent role (Job ref: 58388136) you’ll provide hands-on support with daily tasks, personal care, medication and social activities, building trusting relationships and helping people lead fuller lives. The post is open to caring, patient candidates who communicate well, enjoy interactive support and can manage conflict calmly. You must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive mobility vehicles. Shifts are on a rota (days 07:00–22:00), with waking nights (22:00–07:00) and paid sleep‑ins at a flat rate of £63.70; full- and part-time contracts are available. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references. Salary: £23,810 per year (full-time). Closing date: 19 November 2025.
