Qualities and Skills Required: - Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships. - Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively. - Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner. - Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles. What we're looking for: - A genuine passion for supporting others. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. - People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
