Agincare Group in Dorchester is recruiting a permanent, full‑time Support Worker for Elizabeth Court — a 16‑bed supported living service in the heart of Dorchester (DT1). Working with people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs, you will support daily living skills, personal care, meal planning and budgeting, community access and social activities. The role is hands‑on and person centred: effective communication, positive behavioural support, accurate record‑keeping and a willingness to work as part of a close‑knit team (and on your own initiative) are essential. The pay is £12.50 per hour and the closing date for applications is 2 December 2025.

This role will suit compassionate carers who enjoy practical, relationship‑based work — something many women jobseekers and experienced carers find rewarding — and who want clear routes for progression. Agincare is a family‑run organisation (since 1986) with CQC‑regulated services, fully funded training, excellent career development, a refer‑a‑friend bonus, Blue Light card discounts and a company pension. You’ll need at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
