Support Worker in Downham Market, Norfolk — part-time permanent role with HomeCareDirect Ltd paying £13.18 per hour. This hands-on on-site position is 16 hours a week across two days (9am–5pm) supporting a lady with complex neurological conditions and epilepsy. Daily duties include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and household tasks, plus companionship and support for social outings, gardening, crafts and trips to car boots. The client lives with her husband and her cat ‘Clive’, so an affinity with cats and craft hobbies is a real advantage. We provide full CQC-standard training, but the role is best suited to experienced carers who understand seizures and can work confidently and compassionately one-to-one.
