Support Worker at Dimensions in Droitwich (WR9) — permanent, on-site role, full-time (37.5 hours) paying £12.64 per hour. You will support five young adults (aged 19–31) with profound and multiple learning disabilities in a modern shared-apartment setting, helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), hoisting and wheelchair mobility, PEG feeding and medication (including epilepsy support), and everyday activities that promote independence. The role involves supporting communication (Makaton training provided), working closely with families, and taking part in community activities and social outings. Shifts include day and late shifts (07:00–15:00 / 15:00–22:00) and some long days (07:00–22:00), with weekend working at times. A full UK manual driving licence — or evidence you are working towards one — is required due to mobility vehicle use.
