We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. We are looking for Support workers to join our amazing team we already have in place to work alongside a gentleman with autism and learning difficulties who does not communicate with words. He lives in a supported living home based in Eastleigh. This gentleman loves to be out and about, going on long walks, meals, bowling and exploring the local area. So if you like being active in your day to day and would like to make a meaningful contribution to this gentleman's life, then this role could be the perfect fit. The role: - Support with meal preparation - Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry. - This gentleman is supported 1:1 at all times, so lone working is essential. - Supporting with medication - Supporting and encouraging to take part in activities they like and enjoy - Being pro-active and thinking outside the box Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme 2025.
