Job description
Support Worker (Exeter) — a hands‑on full‑time contract with NHS Jobs offering £24,937–£26,598 per year (ref C9369-25-0879). You will provide practical support with daily living and perform physical nursing duties as required, working one‑to‑one and in groups to build and sustain professional therapeutic relationships. The role demands good communication and listening skills, awareness of safeguarding, basic IT and record‑keeping, time management, problem solving and the ability to follow direction from qualified staff while completing unsupervised tasks and reporting accurately.
