Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical and complex health needs across Worcester in a practical, person-centred role that doesn’t require previous care experience. You’ll provide hands-on support with personal care, medication, meal preparation and daily living, and enable participation in hobbies and community life – from gaming, music and cooking to cinema trips, sports and swimming/hydrotherapy (you’ll need to be comfortable joining in the water). Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins with rotas given in advance; full- and part-time roles are available up to 37.5 hours. Pay is £12.64 per hour plus £50 for sleep-in shifts, this position is on-site only and requires a full UK manual driving licence.
