Support women at Cygnet Views, a 9‑bed high‑dependency service in the East Midlands (DE4), delivering hands‑on and emotionally aware care for women with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that challenge. This permanent, full‑time Support Worker role (42 hours per week) follows a shift pattern including days, nights and weekends, and pays £27,518 a year. You will provide enhanced, person‑centred support — assisting with medical and welfare needs, safeguarding, reporting, maintaining a safe and clean environment and promoting independence through practical guidance and emotional encouragement. Due to the service’s occupational requirements, this post is open to female applicants only; successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
