Active Care Group in Gloucester is seeking experienced, compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality home care for children, young people and adults across Gloucester and Wotton-under-Edge. This full-time, permanent role pays between £12.25–£13.50 per hour and involves hands-on support for people with brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, respiratory needs, gastro-intestinal requirements (including PEG feeding) and neuromuscular conditions. You’ll deliver person-centred care in people’s homes, helping clients maximise independence while carrying out clinical tasks where needed, so experience, reliability and a positive, proactive approach are essential.
