Support Worker (Band 2) at Rosewood Care Home, Horley RH6 — permanent role, full- or part-time, salary £25,768 pa (incl. 5% HCAS, pro rata). You will work in a small, purpose-built bungalow caring for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs, including rooms with overhead tracking and epilepsy monitoring. The role is hands-on and person-centred: supporting residents with daily care, complex health needs and community activities; working closely with nurses, families, advocates and other professionals to promote independence, dignity and a full life. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
