Support Worker - Cygnet Health Care, Huddersfield (HD1). This permanent, full-time role (42 hours/week across days, nights and weekends) places you at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, a community rehabilitation service supporting adults with mental health needs and personality disorders. You’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care: provide physical and emotional support, assist with medical and welfare needs, maintain a safe, clean environment, report changes in condition and help people build independence through tailored encouragement and practical guidance.
