Support Worker – Salutem Care and Education, Newark-on-Trent (NG24). Permanent, full-time role paying £12.61–£13.86 per hour; closing date 3 December 2025. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, putting support plans into practice to promote independence, manage health and medication, plan meaningful activities and keep clear, compassionate records. The work is practical and varied, with a focus on creating safe, nurturing homes and helping people make real progress — ideal for organised, empathetic carers who communicate well and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
