Support a 20‑year‑old in Stratford‑Upon‑Avon as a part‑time Support Worker / PA for Penderels Trust, helping a young person with physical mobility and cognitive/learning needs to get out and about, enjoy community life and stay safe. Day‑to‑day duties include practical support with mobility and personal care, planning and accompanying community activities, travel support, and close liaison with the family to deliver consistent, person‑centred care. This permanent, on‑site role pays £12.21 per hour and is ideal for reliable carers who value hands‑on, meaningful work.
