Work as a Children’s Support Worker with Senad Group at Bladon House School in Burton‑on‑Trent, supporting young people aged 5–19 with autism, speech and language needs, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. This full‑time, permanent role (7.15am–10pm on a 3 on / 3 off rota) pays between £33,019.35 and £34,979.04 and is on‑site only. You’ll deliver practical, hands‑on care across the residential setting, school and community — teaching life skills, organising and attending day trips and healthcare appointments, administering medication and personal care, and safeguarding residents while helping them build independence and confidence. Level 3 experience is desirable but full training is available for compassionate, resilient candidates who can bring patience, consistency and strong values to the role.
