We are looking for a confidentCare & Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atHawkstone.Hawkstoneis a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life.
