We provide personalised support for adults with learning disabilities in a warm, relaxed, and homely environment. We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our small and supportive team. You do not need experience to apply if you have the right values and a willingness to learn. What We Offer £12.21 per hour 36.75 hours per week available (three 11.5 hour shifts) or zero hours Bank contract Additional £2 per hour overtime Pension Uniform provided Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) What You Will Do As a Support Worker, you will help residents with daily routines while encouraging independence and choice. You will support with personal care, meals, activities, social interaction, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Your approach will be patient, respectful, and focused on promoting dignity, wellbeing, and confidence.
