Job description
Provide person-centred support to adults with mental health needs, complex care needs, learning disabilities and/or autism across Creative Support’s supported living services in Toxteth, Netherley, Anfield, Waterloo and Liverpool city centre. This full-time, permanent, on-site Support Worker role involves delivering practical and emotional care in line with Personal Support Plans, helping people build independence and confidence, working in a recovery-focused way and coordinating with families and professionals to maximise outcomes. Experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential; a clean driving licence and access to a car is beneficial. Pay is up to £12.40 per hour and applications close on 21 November 2025.
