The responsibilities of a Support Worker: Follow the Service Users Care and Support Plan & Positive Behaviour Support Plan Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care Promoting independence and helping Service Users develop life skills Providing emotional support and building positive relationships Assisting with medication management (where required and trained) Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, or participate in social activities Encouraging and enabling Service Users to achieve personal goals Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team Ensuring a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment at all times Key Requirements Candidates must have flexibility with shifts and be able to work every other weekend.
