Are you someone who loves helping others live life to the fullest?We’re looking for a caring and motivated Support Worker to provide person-centred care and companionship to an individual living independently in Norwich. This vibrant person enjoys staying active - whether that’s swimming, trampolining, or heading out on shopping trips. We’re looking for someone who can help them stay connected to their community, so local knowledge, a good sense of direction and a full UK driving licence are essential. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enriching someone’s life through fun, meaningful activities and a supportive, empathetic approach. In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs.Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will supportwith household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.Clear andconfidentcommunication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
