Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for an 8‑week agency placement in Adel, Leeds with the potential to go permanent. This part‑time role involves one flexible weekly shift that starts at 09:00 and finishes at 10:00 the following morning, including a sleep‑in element (roughly 25 hours in total), paid at £13.68 per hour. You’ll be providing personal care and practical support to a friendly wheelchair user with cerebral palsy, assisting with daily routines to promote independence; a full UK driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive the service user’s adapted vehicle. Candidates must be comfortable with personal care and dogs, and while there is a preference for someone close in age to the service user (around 30–40) this is about finding the best match for both parties.
