Position Details: Shift: 1 shift per week (must be flexible) Hours: 09:00am - 10:00am (the following day) - includes a sleep-in shift (approx. 25 hours total) Contract: 8-week agency placement with the potential to become permanent About the Role: You will be supporting a friendly service user who has cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user . The role includes providing personal care when required and assisting with daily activities to promote independence and well-being. Requirements: Full UK driving licence (you will be driving the service user's adapted vehicle) Comfortable providing personal care Must be comfortable around dogs (the service user owns a dog) Ability to work with empathy, professionalism, and flexibility Preferably a similar age to service user (between 30 and 40) Location: Adel, Leeds Please note: You will be required to meet the service user prior to starting the role to ensure a good match.
