He is full of energy, loves being active in the community, and thrives with the right support. You will work on a 2:1 basis, delivering tailored, person-centred care in his home and out in the community. Your Key Responsibilities: • Administering medication • Moving & handling (hoist use required) • Gastrostomy & personal care • Supporting with community activities & outings • Completing admin tasks & light household duties Training & Support We provide fully paid, high-quality training to CQC standards, including: • Full induction & ongoing development • Safeguarding Adults • Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene • Moving & handling (hoist use) • Administration of medication via PEG • Gastrostomy care & pressure area care • Epilepsy awareness All training must be completed prior to start date and is paid at £15.00 per hour What We’re Looking For: • Day shifts: Full UK driving licence required • Previous care experience (essential) • Reliable, flexible & willing to cover shifts when needed • Friendly, energetic & a great team player • Committed to long-term, person-centred care Be Part of a Team That Truly Cares At HomeCareDirect, we are committed to safe, fair, and high-quality recruitment.
