Job description
Support Worker Job details Posting date: 28 October 2025 Salary: £14 per hour Hours: Part time Closing date: 27 November 2025 Location: Polegate, East Sussex Remote working: On-site only Company: HomeCareDirect Ltd Job type: Permanent Job reference: ZR478 Apply for this job Summary Do you have a caring heart and a gentle nature? Could you be the person we are looking for to support our client? We’re looking for someone very special to support a young lady who deserves to live life to the fullest. She has a wonderful mix of interests, animals, music, art, swimming, forest school and shopping. What she needs most is a kind companion to share and support her in these moments. Your role would be about so much more than just “support”. It’s about giving her confidence, helping her feel included and being by her side as she enjoys the world around her. You’ll help her prepare and share meals together, encouraging her independence and promoting a warm and engaging atmosphere and you will lend a hand with personal care when needed, always with patience, respect and kindness. She loves getting out into the community, so it would be an advantage if you are a driver with your own car. Hours/Pay: 16 per week (Thursdays & Fridays, 8am–4pm) with full-time hours during school holidays at £14.00 per hour No previous experience? Don’t worry, we’ll provide full CQC-standard training. What matters most is that you are caring, reliable and have a genuine desire to make a difference. This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to change someone’s life for the better and be changed yourself in the process. If you feel this could be you, we would love to hear from you. ZR478
