We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people in the care system who present with complex needs, emotional trauma, and challenging behaviours . About the Role: You will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to children and young people who may: Display verbal and physical aggression Have a history of emotional trauma and self-harm Require constant supervision to maintain safety and stability Need structured routines and consistent emotional support Your role is vital in helping them build trust, develop life skills, and work towards positive outcomes.
