Support Worker (Creative Support) — Reading, Berkshire. Full-time, permanent on-site role supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living service. You will work with an established, friendly team to help people enjoy life at home and in the community — from swimming and shopping to music activities — while delivering respectful personal care and practical and emotional support. No previous experience is required: full training is provided and you can work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Pay is up to £12.40 per hour.
