Job description
Support Worker for Eden Futures in Rotherham (S62 6DE) supporting adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and complex needs. This permanent, full‑time role is paid at £12.21 per hour (annual equivalent £26,652.72 based on a 42‑hour week; NLW applies and will be pro rata for hours worked) with flexible shift patterns to fit other caring or family commitments. You’ll work as part of a close‑knit team in a CQC‑rated Outstanding service (2025), delivering person‑centred support: helping people with daily living, medication, personal care and hygiene, community activities, finances and emotional wellbeing, while keeping accurate records and safeguarding those in your care. New starters complete a paid Induction Programme (face‑to‑face training, e‑learning and shadowing), and Eden Futures supports completion of the Care Certificate and a Level 2 qualification through Paragon Training. An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting; roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act where applicable and Eden Futures cannot offer work sponsorship for this vacancy.
