Support a gentleman with autism to live independently in his own home in Rugby as part of Penderels Trust’s friendly team of personal assistants. This permanent, part‑time role pays £12.30 per hour and follows a predictable rota of eight shifts and four sleep‑ins across each four‑week period. Each shift starts at 2.30pm and finishes at 2.45pm the following day with a sleep‑in between.
