About The Role About the Service the Location is a spacious, open-plan bungalow supporting five individuals with complex care needs. Each person has their own bedroom, and the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas create a warm, inclusive environment. We provide: - Full personal care (washing, dressing, feeding) - Oxygen therapy and suctioning - Hoisting and manual handling - Community-based support and outings This is a vibrant, person-centred service where every individual is celebrated for who they are. About the Role Your day-to-day will include: - - Standard support worker duties - Assisting with oxygen therapy and suctioning (training provided) - Medication administration and manual handling - Supporting individuals in the community No prior experience in complex care? That’s okay—we’ll train you. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your commitment to making a difference.
