Support Worker Job details Posting date: November 2025 Salary: £12.64 per hour Hours: Full time Closing date: December 2025 Location: Sheffield, S12 2JL Remote working: On-site only Company: Dimensions Job type: Permanent Job reference: Dim/22823 Apply for this job Summary Support Worker Location: Sheffield, S12 Contract: full time / part time including sleep ins Pay: £12.64ph (£50 per sleep in) We are recruiting for experienced support workers to join our team to support a gentleman in his 30s within his own home in Sheffield S12. He has a fantastic personality and is looking for someone to support him to continue to enjoy doing all the activities he loves to do. The gentleman needs are very complex and he need someone highly motivated to offer consistency within support required. Do you like to get involved in the following? - Going shopping - Trips to the pub - Going bowling - Arts and crafts - Playing the xbox - he has his own TV room! - Going to the cinema, especially to see cartoon/animation movies - Planning holidays he likes to go on yearly The Role - Supporting with everyday activities, cooking, cleaning and Laundry - Medication - Encourage him to live independently within his own home Shifts available : Long days, ealry, lates and sleep ins included, a minimum of 1 sleep in a week required Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2025 - now 7 years in a row!
