Support Worker with Creative Support in Intake, Sheffield — permanent, full-time, on-site role paying up to £12.40 per hour. You will support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes, providing personal care, practical and emotional support and helping people access the community so they can pursue everyday interests from football and games to creative crafts and knitting. The role suits compassionate carers, women returning to work, graduates or anyone new to care who is patient, resilient and keen to support people to achieve their personal goals. This post is based in Intake, south-east Sheffield; candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the UK.
