This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a new service with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people! Our brain injury rehabilitation service will bring a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be supporting with physical or speech and language exercises, the next you could be supporting to build confidence out and about in the community! This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday. We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be passionate, proactive and positive in their approach and preferably have previous experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
