From sailing adventures to sizzling summer BBQs, this is a role where compassion meets celebration. What You'll Be Doing You'll be helping the people we support live life to the fullest, including: - Going out for lunch and shopping trips - Cinema outings and virtual events - Sailing and attending day services - Celebrating birthdays, Easter, Halloween, and more - Cooking, baking, picnics, and summer BBQs - Enjoying musical events and community activities - Daily Support Includes - Personal care (bathing, toileting, PEG support) - Household tasks and food shopping - Attending health appointments - Moving and handling (wheelchairs and hoists) - Supporting individuals with epilepsy, limited communication, loss of sight, and learning disabilities Why Join Us? - A warm, supportive team environment - Comprehensive training and development - Opportunities to make a real difference every single day Shift Patterns Shifts vary weekly and will be discussed at interview.
