Support Worker with Voyage Care in Bursledon, Southampton — permanent, part‑time role paying £12.75 per hour with typical shifts of 7.30–15.30 and 14.30–22.00 on a rota that includes weekends. You’ll work in a friendly residential service helping people to gain independence through personal care, life‑skills coaching, community access and social activities — from popping to a local café or pub to enjoying films or video games at home. The role is hands‑on and varied: supporting day‑to‑day routines, following Positive Behaviour Support plans, encouraging social inclusion and helping people meet goals such as cooking independently or going on holiday.
