If so, we'd love to hear from you! Who Will I Be Supporting? You will be supporting three active gents in their 30s with learning disabilities and autism, including one who does not use words to communicate. They live together in a shared home and maintain close relationships with their families, who often visit on weekends. These individuals have vibrant interests: - Active Lifestyles: Gym sessions, swimming, bowling, day trips, and countryside walks. - Musical Hobbies: Drum and guitar lessons, with a drum kit available in the house. - Social Activities: Enjoying outings in town, nature walks, and various day trips. We're looking for support workers who are calm, organized, punctual, and have a bubbly, positive attitude. What Will You Be Doing? - Empowering Independence: Support them in living their lives how they choose and achieving their goals. - Daily Living Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. - Consistent Care: Administer medication, maintain routines, and learn their preferred communication methods. Shift Patterns - Day Shifts: 7:30am - 3pm - Day Shifts: 3pm - 10:30pm - Long Day Shifts: 7:30am - 10:30pm - Sleep-In Shifts: 10:30pm - 7:30am (Paid To Sleep) 1-2 sleep-in shifts are required per week. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
