Support Worker at Cauldon Place, Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 2DN) — £12.41 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, permanent. You will support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health needs in a residential setting, helping them plan and achieve personal goals.
