As a Support Worker with Active Care Group based in Stroud, you will provide hands‑on, compassionate care in clients’ homes across Gloucester and Wotton‑under‑Edge. This permanent, full‑time role pays £12.25–£13.50 per hour and includes a sector‑leading two‑week induction programme with face‑to‑face clinician sessions and high‑quality online training. You will support children, young people and adults with complex needs — including brain and spinal injuries, neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, respiratory and gastro‑intestinal requirements (including PEG feeding), and neuromuscular conditions. Please note we are recruiting female Support Workers only under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010), applicants must have the right to work in the UK and we cannot offer sponsorship; both drivers and non‑drivers are encouraged to apply.
